Emerson Spirits is a distillery consulting practice focused on process, efficiency, and production performance. By combining hands-on distilling experience with structured operational methods, Emerson Spirits works alongside producers to build efficient, stable, and resilient systems that scale with the business. The result is an operation that is not only capable of producing quality spirits, but also doing so consistently and profitably.
Kyle Wortz is the founder and principal advisor of Emerson Spirits. He previously served as Head Distiller at Trillium Brewing Company and Distilling Supervisor at High West Distillery, with experience spanning both craft and large production environments.
His background includes working with direct-fired pot stills and continuous column systems across grain-to-glass operations and industrial-scale facilities.
